We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and personable Manager/Sales Professional to join our new full-scope medical eye-care boutique specializing in high-end luxury eyewear, prescription glasses, sunglasses, and children’s eyewear.

Our practice will provide a complete range of eye-care services, including opticianry, optometry, and ophthalmology, in a sophisticated and welcoming boutique environment.

• Has prior experience in optical, optometry, ophthalmology, retail, sales, or management

The Manager/Sales Professional will be responsible for a variety of daily operations, including:

• Providing an exceptional, personalized experience for every patient and customer
• Assisting customers with the selection of luxury frames, prescription eyewear, sunglasses, and children’s eyewear
• Building relationships with patients and developing repeat clientele
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits
• Processing and coordinating insurance orders
• Ordering frames and insurance materials
• Coordinating with lens laboratories and placing lens orders
• Following up on orders, repairs, and customer requests
• Maintaining accurate records and inventory
• Assisting with scheduling and coordinating patient flow
• Working closely with opticians, optometrists, ophthalmologists, and other staff
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sophisticated boutique environment
• Handling customer questions, concerns, and service issues professionally
• Helping develop and maintain the boutique's luxury brand and customer experience

• Previous experience in optical, medical office, luxury retail, sales, or management preferred
• Optical experience strongly preferred
• Experience with insurance eligibility and optical insurance billing is a plus

This is an eyecare center that is being built at the moment with a grand opening date of November 1st candidate will start 2 weeks prior to grand opening assisting with store set up and preparation
