Salary: $17–$18 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Rehab Tech/Aide to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. In this role, you will assist our therapy staff in providing high-quality rehabilitative services and ensuring the smooth daily operation of our therapy department.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist therapy staff with the implementation of the Functional Maintenance Program
Support therapists during patient interventions
Escort and transport residents to and from the rehab gym
Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of treatment areas and equipment
Restock therapy supplies and manage inventory
Ensure safety standards are followed at all times
Complete documentation to support resident care and facility operations

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required
Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred, but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team player with a compassionate, patient-centered attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary environment
