As part of our In-Home Treatment program, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized occupational therapy services to patients in the convenience of their own homes. • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on functional skills and daily living activities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patients' needs and goals
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques and strategies to promote patient progress and independence
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices and industry developments

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current New York State licensure as an Occupational Therapist

• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
