As a Physical Therapist in our Assisted Living setting, you will evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events,cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning. You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, and play adirect role in helping patients return to their highest level of independence.

Your caseload will be manageable, and your clinical judgment will be respected.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree from an accredited PT program
• Current or eligible for New York State PT license
