Adult Day Care Center is seeking a motivated, energetic, compassionate, and bubbly creative individual to join our team as a Full-Time Recreation Leader
.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
About the RoleWe're looking for someone with an energetic disposition and a compassionate personality to run engaging large and small group activities, participate in trips, and provide meaningful social support to the members of our center.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Conduct engaging individual and group recreation programs
- Participate in member trips and outings
- Assist recreation specialists and set up program areas as needed
- Keep daily attendance and document residents' participation in activities
- Complete all required documentation
- Display effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Collaborate as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- CNA license a plus
