Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, approximately 20 hours per week. Possible shifts 10am-3pm. Mileage reimbursement for travel.

Agency: ARISE (non‑profit), EFR.

• Support a young man in his 20s with a developmental disability, helping him prepare meals and build independence in his home and community.
• Assist with social and recreational activities, including visits to YMCA and personal training sessions.
• Encourage engagement in community life and recreational activities such as video games.
• Log hours, mileage, and service documentation electronically each day.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Flexibility with assignments and schedule.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Prior experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Willingness to receive background check, fingerprinting, and DMV record check.
• Technology available to download required apps and adhere to ARISE/EFR technology policy.
• Attention to detail when logging electronic records.

Hourly wage: $25.00.

Mileage reimbursed while on the job.
