Compensation & Benefits:
- $315,000 annual base compensation
- $10,000 annual quality bonus
- First-year compensation potential of $325,000+
- $185/hour for all hours worked over 40 per week
- $200/hour for all hours worked on Saturdays and Sunday
- 8 weeks time off annually with a 44-week annual commitment
- 1099 independent contractor opportunity
- Malpractice and tail coverage provided
Practice Highlights:
