This innovative mobile optometry practice is dedicated to making a meaningful difference by delivering high-quality vision care directly to nursing home residents. This position offers flexibility, with opportunities to work 3‑5 days a week (Monday to Friday), depending on individual availability.

• Visit different nursing homes each day to provide comprehensive on-site eye exams and vision care
• Utilize state-of-the-art portable equipment for refractions, glaucoma screenings, retinal evaluations, and more
• Develop individualized care plans and prescribe corrective lenses
• Collaborate with optometric assistants and support staff in a friendly, supportive team environment

• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation for each patient encounter
• Participate in follow‑up care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals as needed
