Are you an experienced NP or PA with strong clinical leadership and clinical research experience? We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a leading clinical research organization and take on a hybrid clinical + site management role.
In this position, you will:- Provide clinical care and assessments to research participants
- Perform physical exams, monitor patients, and administer treatments
- Support the execution of clinical trial protocols
- Lead and mentor clinical research staff
- Oversee scheduling, training, performance, and day-to-day site operations
- Support clinical trial quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Help improve site efficiency, productivity, and operational performance
- NP with MSN/DNP, active RN license & board certification OR PA with accredited PA program, NY license & board certification
- 5+ years of leadership/clinical management experience
- Experience managing clinical staff and site operations
- Clinical research experience, ideally in CNS / neurology / psychiatry studies
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH, HIPAA, and clinical trial protocols
- Experience with budgeting, business planning, or operational management
- Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
