Physical Therapist Assistant Hourly Rate: $24.00- $30.72 USD Full-Time or Per Diem

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Absolut Care of Aurora Park, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatment plans, and interventions
• Conducting exercises, therapies, and activities with patients
• Monitoring patient progress and reporting changes to the physical therapist
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Participating in patient education and rehabilitation programs
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in physical therapy or a related field preferred
• Minimum 0 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant; experience in a long-term care setting a plus
• Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients as needed
• Certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or willingness to obtain upon hire
