Overview
We are seeking Occupational Therapists to provide personalized, independent rehabilitative therapy in patients' homes and communities.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions, adjusting plans based on evolving patient conditions.
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary care team to support recovery and functional independence.
- Minimum of one-year occupational therapy experience or successful completion of a rehab intern probationary period.
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state.
- Valid driver’s license required for areas outside of Manhattan.
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and adaptability to patient needs.
