Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Per Diem | 5 Boroughs NYC, Long Island, and Westchester
Paradigm Rehab is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our multidisciplinary team providing high-quality home-based care to patients throughout the five boroughs of NYC, Long Island, and Westchester.
This is a per diem, independent contractor role offering exceptional flexibility - set your own schedule with no minimum caseload requirement. Perfect for clinicians seeking autonomy, supplemental income, or greater work-life balance.
What You'll Do- Conduct home visit assessments for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions
- Work with school-aged children with developmental delays and geriatric patients
- Monitor progress, update goals, and complete EMR documentation
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to enhance patient outcomes
Flexibility & Independence
- No minimum caseload commitment
- Set your own schedule and service areas
- Weekly pay
- $70-$90 per visit (higher rates based on experience and location)
- Referral bonuses up to $3,000

- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Active, unencumbered New York SLP license and registration
- Current CPR certification
