Speech Language Pathologist

Sensory Kids & Social Minds is a pediatric private practice seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CF) to join our multidisciplinary team.

This position includes a combination of clinic-based therapy in our sensory gym and school-based services at local charter schools, providing a diverse pediatric caseload and valuable experience across settings.

• Comprehensive mentorship with experienced supervisors
• Weekly supervision, coaching, and ongoing clinical support
• Mentorship from clinicians trained in PROMPT, DIR/Floortime, AAC, SOS feeding, and other evidence-based approaches
• Daily collaboration with Occupational Therapists as well as Applied Behavioral Analysis therapists as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Exposure to a wide variety of pediatric communication disorders across clinic and school settings

• Provide speech-language evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Participate in team meetings and professional development

• Master's or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology
• Eligible for New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist licensure
• Eligible to complete a Clinical Fellowship (CF)
• NJDOE Speech-Language Specialist Certificate (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children and families
