Under general supervision, performs the full scope of duties associated with professional pharmacy practice. Is empowered to use judgment in the decision‑making process within their sphere of activity.

WORK SCHEDULE:

12 midnight - 8:00am, must be able to work every other weekend.

• Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy (BS or Doctor of Pharmacy).
• PharmD or MS degree and/or completion of Pharmacy Residency Program may be used as a substitute for some experience.
• Valid NYS Pharmacist license and registration.
• Minimum of three years’ experience as a pharmacist in hospital setting or completion of Pharmacy residency.
• Maintains professional competence through participation in continuing education programs and review of periodical literature.
• Maintains and provides proof of 15 Continuing Education credits each year.
• Must be able to work every other weekend.
