Location: New York
Doral Health & Wellness is hiring a dedicated Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our growing dialysis team in Brooklyn, NY. As a PCT technician in our unit, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients with kidney disease by delivering safe, hands-on care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse Manager.

- Hourly rate: starting at $25/hour (commensurate with experience).

- Prepare and prime dialysis machines and extracorporeal circuits.
- Record and monitor patients' vital signs and weight before, during, and after treatment.
- Assist with initiating and terminating dialysis treatments under RN supervision.
- Monitor dialysis parameters, troubleshoot equipment, and report abnormal findings.
- Obtain and prepare blood samples for lab transport.
- Ensure proper infection control and safety practices at all times.
- Support patients with positioning, transfers, and mobility as needed.
- Collaborate with the care team, including RNs, PCTs, and dialysis technicians, to deliver high-quality care.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certified Patient Care Technician (PCT) or Dialysis Technician (state-approved or nationally recognized program).
- Current CPR certification (or must obtain within 60 days of hire).
- Previous dialysis or PCT technician experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
