• Provide necessary care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional

• Assist with medication administration, meal preparation, and light housekeeping duties

• Observe and report changes in patients' conditions, including vital signs, to the supervising nurse or other healthcare professionals

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and caregivers, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment

• Contribute to a collaborative team effort, adhering to our organization's high standards of quality, safety, and excellence

• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with care and respect

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
