Role:
Sr. Manager, Field Medical within Rhythm's North America team, serving as a scientific partner to healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to support medical strategy and evidence generation for rare neuroendocrine diseases.
Responsibilities:Responsibilities include developing strategic engagement plans, facilitating scientific exchange, identifying research opportunities, supporting clinical trials, and communicating complex data effectively.
The role emphasizes building trusted relationships and providing scientific expertise across the territory (New York Metro, Manhattan-based), with a focus on advancing research collaborations and educational initiatives.
Requirements:Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, or DNP) with at least 6 years of experience in pharma, biotech, or healthcare, preferably in rare diseases, endocrinology, neurology, or genetics.
Deep understanding of healthcare systems, regulatory standards (GxP, ICH, PhRMA, OIG), and strong scientific communication skills are essential. Experience in developing key stakeholder relationships, strategic insight, and cross-functional collaboration are highly valued.
The role is field-based with 50-75% travel and requires excellent organizational skills. High-value specifics include rare neuroendocrine diseases, engagement with academic and clinical research, and a focus on evidence-based scientific exchange to inform medical and organizational decisions.
