Role:
Senior/Principal Scientist, In Vitro Biology Team Lead at Actinium Pharmaceuticals, focusing on advancing targeted radio therapies for solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.

• lead development, validation, and execution of in vitro pharmacology assays (e.g., target engagement, signaling, cytotoxicity, biomarker analysis)
• oversee cell line maintenance
• design and interpret flow cytometry and ex vivo studies
• support candidate selection, target validation, and IND-enabling studies
• provide scientific leadership and mentorship
• manage external collaborations with CROs
• communicate findings through reports and presentations

• PhD in Biology, Immunology, Pharmacology, or related field with 5-7 years industry experience in in vitro pharmacology and assay development
• proven success in designing assays for biologics such as radiopharmaceuticals or ADCs
• proficiency in flow cytometry and bioanalytical assays
• leadership experience with junior scientists
• strong understanding of cancer biology and tumor drivers
