CNA Dietary Aide

Fairview Skilled Rehab & Nursing Home is seeking a compassionate and reliable CNA / Dietary Aide to join our team. This position combines resident care with assistance during meal service.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist residents with meals and feeding as appropriate.
• Deliver and collect meal trays.
• Help set up residents for meals and ensure comfort and safety.
• Follow resident diet orders and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and infection-control standards.
• Report changes or concerns regarding residents to nursing staff.
• Work closely with the nursing and dietary departments.
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and compassionate care.

• Current New York State CNA certification required.
• Nursing home or healthcare experience preferred.
• Dietary or food-service experience is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and able to work well as part of a team.
