The Rehabilitation Department at Aizer Health provides comprehensive, patient-centered care designed to help individuals improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life. Our multidisciplinary team includes Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Pelvic Floor Therapy, working together to create personalized treatment plans that support each patient’s unique goals. The Rehabilitation Department operates during the following hours:

• Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM

* We are committed to building schedules that align with both patient needs and therapist availability. Candidates may be considered for full-time or part-time opportunities within these operating hours.*

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Treat a broad range of pelvic health conditions, including:
• Urinary and bowel dysfunction
• Bladder and Bowel Incontinence
• Pelvic organ prolapse
• Pelvic pain
• Sexual dysfunction
• Prenatal and Postpartum-related dysfunction
• Post-surgical complications
• Pediatric pelvic floor dysfunction
• Male Pelvic floor dysfunction
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve function, mobility, and quality of life.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment plan, and expected outcomes.
• Develop customized home exercise programs.
• Provide guidance on posture, body mechanics, positioning, transfers, safety, and activity modification.
• Recommend adaptive equipment or environmental modifications when appropriate.
