Provides operational support to Claims Department. Performs front end departmental functions and preliminary investigation on cases to ensure that all claims and correspondence are processed within established regulatory time frames and in accordance with agency and department standards.

• HS diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• 2 years administrative or operational experience required, preferably in a Managed Care or Health Care related organization.
• 1 year healthcare claims in an administrative capacity experience, preferred.
