We are seeking a Traveling Physical Therapist to join an outpatient team in Queens, NY, providing patient care for those recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress using electronic medical records.
- Treat a broad adult population, including post-operative and chronic cases.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program, active NY State license, and BLS certification.
- Preferably, candidates have outpatient experience, musculoskeletal treatment background, and certifications in orthopedic manual therapy or modalities like therapeutic exercise and manual therapy.
- Ability to assess patients accurately, develop effective treatment strategies, and manage documentation efficiently.
- Comfortable working with diverse adult populations and chronic conditions.
