- Hear Our Voices (SKHOV) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to supporting children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. As a Occupational Therapist (OT) at SKHOV, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students through individual and small group therapy, goal development, and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and small group therapy to students aged 0-12
  • Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Conduct evaluations and prepare progress reports
  • Collaborate with teachers, speech therapists, physical therapists, and behavioral staff to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Participate in team meetings and parent communication to ensure effective communication and parental involvement
Requirements:
  • NYS Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) candidate
  • Experience working with children with autism and related disorders preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
Schedule:
  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  • 12-month contract
