Overview
Join Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) as an NP PM&R Clinician in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or post‑acute rehab center. This role focuses on optimizing rehabilitative outcomes and promoting patient independence.

Location:
Staten Island, NY. 16‑hour part‑time W2 role.
- Flexible hours around 9AM – 4PM.
- Full‑time virtual scribe ($1,368month value).
- 401(k) plan with annual contribution 2‑3%.
- 100% malpractice insurance coverage.
- Minimum 33 CEUs at no cost.
- Access to CRC’s Physiatry certification and related CEU credits.
- Company laptop.
- Provide specialized PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant.
- Represent CRC and lead clinical collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Collaborate with primary care teams to manage SNF conditions such as CVA, progressive neurological conditions, and post‑operative orthopedic surgeries.
- Work with PT, OT, and SLP teams to improve patient function and quality of life.
- Track therapy patient progress.
- Identify and manage barriers to therapy (joint/neuropathic pain, spasticity, neurogenic bowel, neurogenic bladder, etc.).
- Attend multidisciplinary meetings to bridge therapy and internal medicine.
- Participate in culture building, monthly didactic lectures, virtual regional meetings, and annual regional dinners.
- Passion for post‑acute healthcare and geriatrics.
- Experience in SNF or post‑acute settings (preferred).
- Confident to function autonomously.
- Desire for continuous improvement and embracing change.
- Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of facility partners and patients.
- Empathy and compassion.
- Commitment to company culture.
- Nurse Practitioner/APRN license.
- New York state license.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Experience in post‑acute space preferred.
- Positive attitude and dedication to patient care.
Part‑time.
PayStarting at $75 per hour.
Schedule8‑hour shift with flexibility; preferred hours 9AM – 4PM on weekdays (Monday‑Friday).
Supplemental Pay Types- Bonus pay.
Required:
Reliable commute to Staten Island, NY or planning to relocate prior to starting work.
NP/APRN. New York state license.
