Social Worker - Behavioral Health

• Provide clinical services, primarily individual and group therapy and case management care to patients in a hospital-based outpatient mental health clinic setting
• Complete intake assessments, individual and group therapy, collateral and family involvement, crisis intervention, and psychoeducation
• Efficiently incorporate case management duties within work to enhance patient care
• Actively engage in supervision and professional development by attending trainings
• Meet productivity expectations of 9 daily visits set by the department

• Master's degree required
• NYS License/Registration as a Social Worker required (LMSW/LCSW)
• Prior experience in a hospital or community health agency is preferred
• Experience with assigned patient population and Utilization of PM Schedule
• Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness required
• Ability to cover dual locations.

Demonstrates expertise in providing clinical services, including individual and group therapy, case management, and crisis intervention, while effectively managing patient care in a hospital-based outpatient mental health setting. Holds a Master's degree and NYS License/Registration as a Social Worker, with experience in treating concurrent substance abuse and mental illness.
