What You'll Do- Assisting with daily activities, events, and social programs
- Leading and supporting activities such as games, crafts, music, exercise, celebrations, and group events
- Spending one-on-one time with residents to ensure everyone has the opportunity for engagement
- Creating a warm, welcoming, and family-oriented atmosphere
- Completing one-on-one documentation according to CMS guidelines and regulations (this can be taught)
- Primarily Day Shift
- Some evenings required depending on activities or special events
- Some weekends required
- Compassionate and caring toward the elderly
- Energetic, friendly, and positive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and grow
- A natural people-person who enjoys making others smile
- Able to complete required documentation
- A team player who values community, connection, and family
Experience in activities, recreation, or healthcare is helpful but not required. If you have the heart and enthusiasm, we can teach the rest!
