• NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required at submission

• BLS certification required at submission

• Current flu vaccination required

• Candidates must live 50 miles away and cannot live in the below counties:
  Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, and Washington
