We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our growing team.

As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children receiving ABA therapy services, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with children and making a measurable impact in their development.

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling based on client needs.

• Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by a BCBA

• Collect and record accurate data on client progress

• Assist in monitoring and reporting client behavior and skill development

• Collaborate with therapists and multidisciplinary teams

• Support and guide clients and their families in skill-building strategies

• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

• High school diploma (required)

• Experience working with children (preferred)

• Basic understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
