South Richmond Hill Recovery is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Program Supervisor to join our team in Ozone Park, NY. Responsibilities:- Oversee daily program operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality recovery and behavioral health services
- Supervise, mentor, and support direct care staff to promote professional development and program excellence
- Monitor client progress and ensure individualized treatment plans are implemented effectively
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, agency policies, and documentation requirements
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to maintain seamless program continuity
- Conduct staff meetings, performance evaluations, and ongoing training sessions
- Serve as a point of escalation for client concerns, crises, and incident reporting
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a recovery, substance use, or behavioral health setting
- Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment, harm reduction, and recovery support services
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Familiarity with OASAS, OMH, or other relevant regulatory frameworks preferred
- Proficiency in case management documentation and electronic health records (EHR)
- CASAC, LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent licensure is a plus
