MRI Technologist - Part Time Weekend Coverage Job Description
We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist for part-time weekend coverage. The position primarily entails working on Saturdays, totaling 22.5 hours per week. The technologist will be responsible for performing a variety of MRI imaging procedures using Siemens and Philips scanners. Knowledge of EPIC Radiant and VuePACS is preferred.
Responsibilities- Perform MRI imaging using Siemens Vida, Sola, and Philips 3T scanners.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures.
- Utilize EPIC Radiant and VuePACS for patient documentation and imaging management.
- Maintain equipment functionality and report any technical issues.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist.
- ARRT certification in MRI and Radiologic Technology.
- Current New York State Radiologic License.
- BLS Certification.
- IV certification is required.
This position covers weekends, primarily Saturday, with a total of 22.5 hours per week.
