Child Licensed Clinical Social Worker; LCSW

• Provide psychosocial assessments and therapeutic services to children aged 6+
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain active Medicaid provider status
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• Provide culturally competent care to diverse populations
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
• Conduct family sessions and provide support to caregivers

• Education:
  
  Master of Social Work from an accredited program
• Licensure:
  Active New York State LCSW License
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years of experience with children aged 6 and above
• Requirements:
  Must have an active Medicaid;
  Bilingual (mandatory)
