Child Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

• Provide psychological assessment and therapy to children aged 6 or above
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Maintain active Medicaid provider status
• Collaborate with team members
• Provide culturally competent care to diverse populations
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records

• Education:
  
  Master of Science in Nursing or higher from an accredited PMHNP program
• Licensure:
  Active New York State PMHNP License
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years of experience with children aged 6 and above
• Requirements:
  Must have an active Medicaid.
• Language:
  Bilingual Spanish (mandatory)

  Child psychiatric assessment, medication management, therapy modalities

Demonstrates expertise in psychological assessment and therapy for children, with a focus on culturally competent care and effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. Holds an active New York State PMHNP License and maintains Medicaid provider status while delivering evidence-based treatment plans.
