Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY) – Full-Time
Eastern Star Home and Campus | Oriskany, NY
CFY: $30/hour, increasing to $38/hour after 9 months | Full-Time | Benefits

Post Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the rehabilitation team at Eastern Star Home and Campus.
Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply. This opportunity provides hands-on experience working with residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs in a supportive skilled nursing and post-acute care environment.

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident abilities and functional goals
  • Provide skilled interventions addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia
  • Monitor resident progress and modify treatment approaches when appropriate
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • New York licensure or appropriate eligibility required
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
  • Interest in working with adult and geriatric rehabilitation populations
  • CFY candidates and experienced SLPs are welcome to apply
