Responsibilities- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in collaboration with parents and supervisors
- Implement ABA Therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to promote skill acquisition and behavior change
- Provide Parent Training and support to empower families to become active participants in their child's therapy and development
- Maintain accurate and thorough records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure continuity of care and high-quality services
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to confidentiality, boundaries, and customer service
