Vascular Centers of America is an outpatient clinic and procedure center helping patients with vascular and knee pain conditions.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Perform patient intake and check-in/check-out procedures
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Maintain patient records and administrative documentation
Answer incoming phone calls and manage multiple phone lines
Address patient concerns and answer general questions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office
Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist in an outpatient setting
Knowledge of medical insurance verification
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
Experience managing multiple phone lines and scheduling appointments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in stressful situations
Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
