Join Uptown Psychology, a collaborative and evidence-based private practice in New York and Miami. We are expanding our New York location and looking for a therapist who is experienced, kind, flexible, and grounded in CBT and DBT principles.

You will provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults in a supportive environment that values growth, clear communication, and compassion. We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background in CBT and DBT, ERP for anxiety and OCD, and one who is familiar with parent-focused approaches such as PCIT, SPACE, and PMT.

• Experienced in providing therapy for children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings
• Familiar with CBT, DBT, and ERP for anxiety and OCD
• Familiar with parent-focused interventions such as PCIT, SPACE, or PMT
• Comfortable communicating with parents and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Kind, easy-going, organized, and open to feedback
• Motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team culture
• Spanish-speaking preferred

• Doctoral degree in Clinical or School Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) or Master of Social Work (MSW)
• Licensed psychologist, LCSW, or MSW with a current license in New York

• Hybrid in New York
• Occasional weekend availability

• Experience delivering individual therapy to children, teens, adults, and parents
• Familiarity with CBT, DBT, and ERP
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Weekly supervision with a licensed psychologist
• Administrative support so you can focus on client care
