HHA, Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to provide personalized in-home support and assistance to clients who need help with daily living activities. In this role, you will help promote comfort, dignity, safety, and independence while delivering attentive care in a home-based setting.

• Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, as appropriate
• Support mobility and transfer activities while following safe assistance practices
• Help with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping tasks
• Provide reminders for medications and daily routines, according to care plans and agency guidelines
• Offer companionship and emotional support to encourage well-being and engagement
• Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or needs to the appropriate supervisor
• Follow care instructions, safety procedures, and all applicable policies and regulations
• Maintain accurate and timely records as required

• Previous experience in home care, caregiving, or a related support role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to provide respectful, patient, and compassionate care
• Basic understanding of personal care and household support tasks
• Ability to follow directions, maintain confidentiality, and work independently
• Physical ability to perform job duties, which may include lifting, standing, walking, and assisting with transfers
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Current certification or training as required by local regulations or employer standards
