BCBA Clinical Director

Operant Search Partners are seeking an experienced and passionate BCBA Clinical Director to lead and support a growing team providing high-quality, in-home ABA services to children and families. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinical leader who enjoys mentoring clinicians, driving excellent client outcomes, and helping shape service delivery within a collaborative environment.

• Current BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Previous leadership or management experience within an ABA setting.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioural intervention practices.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high clinical standards.

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to BCBAs and behaviour technicians across in-home service programmes.
• Review and guide the development of individualised treatment plans that align with best-practice ABA methodologies.
• Monitor client progress and support teams in making data-driven treatment recommendations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop clinical staff through regular feedback, training, and professional development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, payer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Partner with families to maintain strong communication and support positive treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to enhance service quality, team engagement, and programme effectiveness.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for clinical team members.
• Lead case reviews and contribute to strategic planning around clinical growth and service delivery.
