Our 120-bed facility in Catskill, New York, offers a full continuum of care, from short-term rehabilitation to long-term skilled nursing care, as well as a range of specialty programs and services. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in our team's effort to provide high-quality care and services to our patients and residents.
About the Dietary Aide Role:
As a Dietary Aide at Greene Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks to our patients and residents. Your duties will include:
Assisting in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks
Maintaining a clean and safe food service area
Restocking supplies and checking inventory
Assisting with menu planning and dietary special requests
Communicating effectively with patients, residents, and other team members
Dietary Aide Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals and snacks to patients and residents
Maintain a clean and organized food service area, including pots, pans, dishes, and utensils
Restock supplies and check inventory of food, beverages, and equipment
Assist with menu planning and special dietary requests
Communicate effectively with patients, residents, and other team members
Perform other related duties as assigned
