Join a rehabilitation team dedicated to helping residents regain independence and improve quality of life. Manhattanville Health Care Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) who enjoys working in a collaborative skilled nursing setting and making a meaningful impact every day.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide interventions focused on self-care, mobility, cognition, fine motor skills, and daily function
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive strategies and equipment
• Work closely with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians to support resident goals
• Track resident progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
