Park Nursing Home, a 196-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located just steps from the beach in Rockaway Park, Queens, is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team. The Registered Dietitian (RD) position is central to resident wellness — the Registered Dietitian (RD) oversees nutritional care across our long-term care and short-term rehabilitation populations. No prior nursing home experience is required — dietitians from any setting are encouraged to apply for the Registered Dietitian (RD) role.

Registered Dietitian (RD) Duties

• Complete nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents

• Monitor residents' nutritional status, weights, and dietary intake

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team on resident nutrition goals

• Ensure menus and meal plans meet clinical and regulatory standards

• Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff

Registered Dietitian (RD) Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year
