Job Overview

Complete Women's Imaging, PC (CWI) is seeking highly motivated Full Time Medical Receptionists-Schedulers to join our team! We are seeking professionals that want to work in a supportive team environment that is unlike typical institutional settings.

Our practice is highly focused on our patients, providing cutting-edge screening and diagnostic imaging in a warm, comfortable and relaxed setting. Patients choose the team at CWI for our kindness, understanding and expertise.

Full Time. Monday-Friday;
Saturday or Sunday rotation as needed. (We have one Saturday and two Sundays per month).

Responsibilities include:

  • Handle incoming telephone calls, retrieve and relay e-mail and voice messages.
  • Assist with phone calls to patients, referring physicians, pathology lab or other parties as directed.
  • Assist with appointment reminders, billing and/or insurance inquiries and co-pay collections.
  • Perform faxing, photocopying, filing and other administrative duties as directed or assigned
  • Front desk coverage as needed or assigned.
  • Greet patients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Communicate with patients in a clear, professional tone and appropriate manner.
  • Register patients for exams using practice systems in accordance with current policy and procedures.

Skills:

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and providers.
  • Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with healthcare procedures and confidentiality standards.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks accurately.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using medical practice management systems and standard office software.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in patient registration and documentation.

* Salary range listed is for pay transparency purposes. Actual salary will be based on education, experience and other various factors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
