Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Rate: Up to $40.00 per hour

Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping residents regain independence, improve daily functioning, and enhance their overall quality of life through supportive and personalized occupational therapy services.

• Assist the Occupational Therapist with resident evaluations and the implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Support residents in performing activities of daily living (ADLs) and therapeutic exercises
• Help residents work toward rehabilitation and functional independence goals
• Monitor, document, and report resident progress and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the highest quality outcomes
• Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with all regulatory and facility standards

• Current New York State COTA License
• Experience using Net Health software preferred
• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
