King David Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a Registered Dietitian tojoin the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY!

As a Registered Dietitian at The Allure Group, you would be part of awinning team doing meaningful work to improve the quality of life, health, and comfort of residents.
RegisteredDietitian Responsibilities
- Complete nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents
- Monitor and document residents’ nutritional status, progress, and care plan updates
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members on dietary interventions
- Provide nutrition counseling and education to residents to support healthy eating habits
- Ensure compliance with dietary guidelines,safety, infection control, and Kosher regulations
- Attend and contribute to interdisciplinary careplan meetings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in resident medical records
- Stay current with industry standards through continuing education and in-service training
- Maintain resident confidentiality and uphold all resident rights
- Perform other job-related duties as needed and directed
- Bachelor’s degree in nutrition from an accredited college or university
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or registry-eligible with the American Dietetic Association (must pass exam within requiredtimeframe)
- Knowledge of regulatory dietary requirements for skilled nursing facilities
