Description
- 3-5 days per week
- No Fridays
- 11 AM - 7 PM
- 5+-Outpatient evals and med checks
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for patients ages 5 and older
- Complete 45-minute evaluations for adults
- Complete 60-minute evaluations for children
- Provide 15-minute medication management follow-up appointments
Requirements
- PMHNP certification and licensure required
- Ability to treat patients ages 5+
- Must be available to work onsite
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Spanish-speaking strongly preferred for providers seeking full-time availability
- Experience working with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) patients is a plus
- Schedule & Availability, Up to 3 days per week
- 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
- No remote option — onsite only
- Full-time availability may be considered for Spanish-speaking PMHNPs
