Center Launch BCBA provides clinical leadership in delivering evidence-based behavioral therapies for children with autism spectrum disorders.
Responsibilities include supervising client cases, ensuring high-quality clinical practices, conducting assessments (FBA, ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP), and providing supervision to staff in accordance with BACB standards.
Key duties involve maintaining billable hours, mentoring Program Managers and Interventionists, delivering training using Behavior Skills Training, and collaborating with educational teams during IEP meetings when applicable.
Qualifications require a Master’s degree in a related field and BCBA certification
.
Ideal candidates possess strong ABA, clinical, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills, with bilingual abilities (Spanish preferred).
Serves areas including Rancho Cucamonga and Ontario.
