Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide mental health therapy within an outpatient behavioral health program, under supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct mental health intakes, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver individual and group therapy, overseeing patient care and treatment progress.
- Provide crisis intervention and promote a welcoming, unbiased environment.
- Complete documentation, including diagnosis, treatment, billing, and referrals.
- Coordinate with specialists, medical providers, and community agencies for referrals and collaboration.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to clinical policies.
- Lead workshops on communication and family issues if needed.
- Manage emergency responses and participate in case management activities.
- Utilize supervision for professional growth and improve patient care.
- Minimum two years of clinical experience.
- Valid, unrestricted NY State Licensed Clinical Social Worker license.
- Fluency in English;
Spanish preferred. - Experience with substance abuse and EMR systems, preferably Athena.
The role offers a yearly salary of $80,000.
