• conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• implement applied behavior analysis (aba) strategies to promote skill development.
• monitor and document client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
• provide training and support to caregivers on behavior management techniques.
• engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• maintain a safe and positive learning environment for clients.
• participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies.

• no degree needed! No experience needed but preferred. Willing to train
• experience in aba therapy or working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• bcba or rbt certification preferred or in progress.
• strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• compassionate and patient demeanoe with a passion for helping others.
• knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and data collection methods.
• flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and treatment goals.
