Pay Range: $50,000 Per Year

• Seeking a dedicated Outpatient Counselor with full CASAC or CASAC-T certification to join our team in Astoria, Queens, NY.
• This full-time role requires working from Tuesday to Saturday, providing both individual and group counseling sessions.
• The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in substance abuse treatment.

• CASAC or CASAC-T certification required
• High school diploma required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in substance abuse treatment or related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in managing electronic medical records
• Ability to apply policies and procedures consistently
• Crisis intervention skills

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral or social sciences plus 1 year of experience in drug rehabilitation or related service
• Associate's degree in behavioral or social sciences plus 2 years of experience in substance abuse treatment
• High school diploma plus 3 years of paid experience in drug rehabilitation
