We are seeking a compassionate and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will support patients throughout their care journey by coordinating appointments, communicating insurance information, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Communicate with patients via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate care between therapists, providers, and patients.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Assist with documentation and administrative reporting as needed.
• Support front desk workflow and daily clinic operations.

• High School Diploma required;
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Healthcare or Physical Therapy clinic experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, and HIPAA is a plus.
